SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, economic and effective. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We will spare no effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to peak selling season, invalid addresses, customs clearance issues and public holidays. Thank you in advance for your patience. 

Please understand that once your order is fulfilled by our distribution team, it will be in the hands of the courier where delays may be experienced, which is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding and we suggest contacting your package's courier for any delivery questions you may have. If you can't reach to them, feel free to contact us. We will contact the courier and make to you the latest information.

Time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items you ordered are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.

Shipping time: This refers to the shipping option you choose and it starts from our handing parcel over to couriers to arriving the destination. Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
